| Medical Benefits |
|
Our plan helps you pay the cost of the doctor visits, hospital expenses, prescription drugs and a variety of other services for you and your covered dependents.

| Life Benefits |
|
Canon provides basic life insurance coverage. You may elect additional coverage for yourself and your dependents.

| Disability Benefits |
|
Canon provides you with short term and long term disability. Short-term benefits are provided for up to 24 weeks. After short-term disability benefits expire, you may be eligible for Long-term disability benefits which typically pays 67% of your salary, up to $10,000 per month.

| Vision Plan |
|
Canon offers vision care coverage through EyeMed for all employees and their family members who are covered under the Canon medical plan. This plan offers coverage for eye exams, eyeglasses, and contact lenses.

| Dental Benefits |
|
Preventive services are covered at 100% with no deductible. After you satisfy a $50 annual deductible, basic dental procedures are paid at 80% and major services are covered at 50%.

| Flexible Spending Account Benefits |
|
Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to direct a part of your pay, on a pre-tax basis, into a special account that can be used through the year to reimburse yourself for certain out of pocket health and/or dependent care expenses.

Our EAP, a confidential counseling and referral service to help you and your family successfully deal with life's problems, is your gateway to participating mental health providers. Our EAP offers easy access and emergency help through a toll-free phone number 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

| Employee Savings and Retirement Plan |
|
The Vanguard Group is one of the country's largest mutual fund companies and is considered a leader among service providers for employer-sponsored savings plans. Vanguard is the fund manager and record keeper for Canon's Retirement and Savings plan.
You may contribute up to 50% of your eligible pay to the plan. The plan offers many investment choices in which you may invest your contributions.
Canon's contributes 50 cents to your account for every dollar you save on a before-tax-basis, up to the first six percent of pay you contribute.
In addition to the matching contributions to your 401(k), the Company may also make the Profit Sharing contributions to your account. The amount you receive is based on your eligible pay.

| Educational Assistance Program |

Canon will reimburse you up to 90 percent for tuition and other expenses incurred for studies relevant to your position.
